At Glowing Graphix, we strive to provide high-quality custom LED signs that meet the expectations of our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or refund your purchase. Please read our refund/return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for custom orders. All custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. If you receive a custom order with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and replacement of your item. You will not be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning a defective or damaged custom item.

For all other orders, please follow these steps to initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at info@glowinggraphix.com with images of the product and your order number.
  2. We will verify the mistake and try to fix the issue.
  3. All complaints must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.

We accept refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Cancellations: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will not be eligible for a refund.
